What we collect when you book with Drivorentals, why, and what you can do about it. Drivorentals is a brand of NovaDrive Service Centre Ltd, 60, Triq Ħal Qormi, Marsa, Malta, which is responsible for your data. Company number C 116377.

What we collect

• Your name, email and mobile number, to run your booking and reach you at the airport.
• Your flight number, if you give it, so we can track delays.
• At pick-up, your licence and identity details and hire record, which Maltese transport law requires us to keep.
• Photographs of the car at handover and return.

What we do not do

• We do not sell your data or share it for anyone's marketing.
• We share it only with those needed to fulfil your booking, such as the car hire company that provides your vehicle, and payment and roadside assistance providers.
• This website sets no advertising or analytics cookies.

How long we keep it

Hire records for the period the law requires, and card evidence for 18 months. Then we delete them.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, correct it, or ask us to delete it where the law allows. Write to info@novadrivemalta.com. You can also complain to the Information and Data Protection Commissioner in Malta.
